Findings of Fact: Respondent agrees to transfer the disputed domain name, stating: "Honeywell is a great company, as well as we respect the trademark of Honeywell. We can transfer the domain to Honeywell follow the program. Thank you." Consequently, the Examiner will find in favor of Complainant without making any findings of fact or of law. |
URS Procedure 1.2.6, requires Complainant to prove, by clear and convincing evidence, each of the following three elements to obtain an order that a domain name should be suspended.
