Public Interest Registry DNS Abuse Appeals

Public Interest Registry (PIR) has developed an Appeals Process for suspensions under its Anti-Abuse Policy. While impacted registrants currently have the right to appeal a decision to PIR’s management, this process creates a right for registrants to have a suspension reviewed by a neutral third party. Documents can be submitted by emailing domaindispute@adrforum.com.

The Brand Safety Alliance and FORUM developed a fair, transparent, efficient, and cost-effective system for the resolution of disputes that may arise between GlobalBlock users and potential registrants of domain names blocked per GlobalBlock’s services including GlobalBlock Standard and GlobalBlock+, GlobalBlock Standard (DPML Upgrade), GlobalBlock+ (DPML Upgrade) GlobalBlock Standard (AdultBlock Promotion), GlobalBlock+ (AdultBlock Promotion).
